Season is Starting - Boys Schedule for First Week of Hockey
U9 Boys First Week Ice Times
Hi Everyone,
I am happy to share with you all that the season is going to be starting. Everyone has been allotted two ice times for the first week of hockey. All ice times this first week will be held at APM Center. Please be advised that these ice times are not indicative of regular ice times for the season.
The U9 Boys are going to be split up into two groups for these two ice times. These groupings will not be their team for the season, I just need to divide for these ice times. I will send an email and post here with these groups after the AA team has been confirmed on Wednesday evening.
Group 1 -
Saturday, October 24th 10:20-11:20
Monday, October 26th 4:00-5:00
Group 2 -

AA Tryouts
Hi Everyone,
Thank you for those of you who came out this morning to attend the tryouts for our U9 AA Team. Everyone worked hard and had fun!
By 8:00pm tonight, the list of those players moving forward to the next round of tryouts will be posted on the AA Flames- Boys which can be found directly under the link for this page. From now on, all information regarding the tryouts will be posted there so please familiarize yourself with the website.
Also, please remember that the cost for attending a tryout session is 10$ and will be collected when your child enters the rink.
Reminder that the next sessions will be:
Sunday, October 18th - 2:30-3:30
Monday, October 19th - 4:30-5:30
Wednesday, October 21st - 4:30-5:30

Rules for Tryouts
RULES FOR CONDITIONING AND TRYOUTS
Very Important Info - Please Read
1. Please make sure that your child has the proper amount of money to pay when they enter the rink. $10 per session.
2. Your child has to wear a mask in the rink and when they leave the rink. They do have to wear them in the dressing room until they put their helmet on but do not have to wear thrm on the ice.
3. Parents are not allowed to enter the building for any reason.
4. There will be a parent volunteer in each of the dressing rooms to assist with gear and any on ice issues that might arise. These volunteers have been assigned by NRMHA Board.
5. Everyone will exit the building together after the group after them has hit the ice.(approximately 15-20 minuiets after their ice time has finished)
6. Players must be in their dressing room 15-30 minutes before their scheduled ice time. If you are late, you will be required to stay outside until all players from previous ice time have exited the building.
7. Players will be asked their name when they enter the rink, pay their $10 fee and then assigned to a dressing room. They are not allowed to leave their assigned dressing room for any reason. Parent volunteer will tell them when to go on the ice and when they can leave the building.
8. Please make sure that your child has shoes in their bag if they are planning to undress after their ice time.

Group Max will be 30 Skaters.
****Please note that players will need to be dropped off at the APM Centre and adhere to their Covid-19 Rules.
A listing will be emailed before conditioning sessions begin.
Each Ice Session is $10 and we ask the player to arrive with the proper amount.
Division coordinators or NRMHA Member will be collecting at each session- etransfers will not be accepted.
Deadline to sign up is October 15th at 8pm.

U9 Conditioning and Tryouts
U9 Conditioning and Tryouts
Strict Deadline to sign up is Thursday, October 8th at 8pm.

Players will be divided into two groups for conditioning. Groups will be posted Friday so please keep an eye out for them.

Sessions and Tryouts will be run by Baron Delaney who is the U9 AA Head Coach. He will have assistance from other U9 coaches as well.
***Please note: There will be Female specific conditioing posted this week. If you have registered for these ice times and wish to have your name removed from the list, please email Crystal Cameron at nrmhaassistant@gmail.com.
***Parents are not allowed to enter the rink unless they are volunteering or going on the ice. You must drop your child off at the outside door. They must be in their dressing rooms at least 15 minutes prior to their ice time and as ready as possible to go onto the ice. If your child is not there 15 minutes before, they risk the chance of having to stand outside until the previous group has exited the building. If your child is planning to take off their skates afterwards, please ensure that they have shoes in their bag.
