This weekend marks the end of a very fun & exciting season of Devils hockey!

The Novice Light Show and a game vs. the Bruins.

We darken the rink, fire-up the smoke machine, crank-up the music
and put the spot light on the Novice-A Devils!

One-at-a-time player introductions, a singing of O'Canada, and a ceremonial face-off
will be followed by one last game between the Devils and the Bruins!

The final results of games played in the 1st round of the tournament have been posted on the Pownal website.

Unfortunately, the Devils have come up just 1 point short of moving on to the 2nd round.

I am so VERY proud of our Devils players for how hard they worked, how well they played together and support each other, and how they bounced-back with a big win today after such a tough loss yesterday afternoon.

Some things to bring to the Summerside Tournament:

Freshly sharpened skates

Several pairs of dry socks & whatever clothing/baselayer your Devil wears under his/her gear

Freshly taped hockey stick

A water bottle

A FULL suit of hockey gear (like Santa's list, check it twice!)

Nutricious snacks & drinks (especially for Saturday, between games)

And a winning attitude!

The Picture Guy will be at our upcoming team practice on Saturday morning, December 7th.

PLEASE NOTE that this practice time has been moved up by 10 minutes, starting at 6:50 am.

The Devils will spend the first half of the practice having their individual and team pictures taken, then the Bruins will do the same for the second half of the practice.

If a couple of parents could make themselves available to go over to the bench to assist with taking helmets off and on for the kids, the help would be much appreciated.
