NRMHA Dance & Silent Auction
Hi folks,
to let you know, NRMHA will be holding its 2nd Annual Fundraising Dance and Silent Auction on Saturday, May 3 at the APM Centre. Details are below. I'll have tickets for sale at our year end party, if you are interested, please let me know.
New this year is a chance to win a free registration for the 2014-15 season simply by purchasing a $5 admission ticket to the dance. Even if you are unable to attend the dance your ticket stub can be entered to win.
When: Saturday, May 3/14
Time: Silent Auction viewing starts at 8:30, Dance at 9pm. Awards and Silent Auction Winners announced at 11pm.
Where: APM Centre
Music by: Vintage 4.0
Cost: $5 ticket, includes a ballot to win a free registration for 2014-15

Sweet Heart Tournament
The 8th Annual Sweetheart Tournament is less than 2 weeks away and the tournament committee is in need of more volunteers. As previously pointed out this tournament is a significant fundraiser for the association and helps us keep our registration fees lower by purchasing equipment (new goalie Gear for Novice division), Sweaters (7 new sets in the last two years), and contributing to our development program.
The committee is looking for help int eh form of Rink Monitors, 50/50 sellers, and people to look after the Hospitality Suites.
Needs are in the following locations for 50/50 & Rink Monitors
Borden - During the day Saturday
Rustico - Saturday Afternoon and Evening
Kensington - Friday Afternoon and Evening and Saturday Evening
We also need hospitality help at various times during the Friday and Saturday at APM and Crapaud, and can use contributions in the form or sweets.

Atom Development this week
Craig Jenkins will be hosting Atom Development this Thursday at 4pm at the APM. Session will focus on puck protection skills.
Registration is by email and the list of those that confirmed will be posted on Wednesday evening on the Development Page in the teams section.

New schedule
The new schedule is posted with an exhibition game this Saturday in Pownal at 8:20am. There will be some juggling of ice times coming as we try to get the games in that are scheduled during Tournament dates and also to fill in some holes that we have. I plan to send out emails when ever a change is made but please check back here often for news and information.

December 16 updates
This Fridays practice time at 4p has been switched to a Game Time vs. the Strikers-Team 3 to make up for last Sundays snow cancellation.
Atom Development Time this thursday
When: Thursday December 19th - 4pm - 5pm
Where: APM Centre
What: John Murphy Shooting Skills
How: Any players wishing to attend must register using the attached registration procedures. Only registered players can attend and each player must register individually. Players who were on the waiting list for the previous session will be given first opportunity to register, but they must still pre-register.
List will be posted by Wednesday at noon of those that are registered.

Dodge Caravan Kids Picture
I just wanted to let everyone know the Butler Van will be at the Crapaud Rink by 4:10pm and based on how early it gets dark we should be ready to take the picture by 4:25pm at the latest. Owen and Gordon Made one sign yesterday so if anyone else has some time today maybe they can make a sign today. Kathy and I were talking and we have a little bit of an idea for a picture not sure if it will us win the extra money but it’s an effort.
Kids should have white shirts Gloves and hockey sticks. See you all at the Rink tonight. Boys be ready to be speedy in the dressing room.

Updates
Practice this Thursday at 4pm at APM. We are taking our Dodge Caravan Kids sponsorship picture after practice. Please bring your White Jerseys with the Dodge patch on the back and allow a couple extra minutes after practice before leaving.
Team pictures are being taken on Friday, November 29th during practice. Please bring your Red Jerseys for this. Photos should be ready for Christmas.
There is a new exhibition game scheduled on Saturday, November 30th at 9:20am at the APM vs. Sherwood 2.
Please pass in any outstanding Player Funds, Medical Forms and Code of Respect papers.
