We are confirmed in the Tyne Valley tournament for Friday and Saturday this weekend.  

They expect the 1^st game to start at 9:00am Friday morning and the last one to be done by 6:00pm. As soon as I get the schedule I will email everyone.  

I’ve blocked 14 rooms at the Rodd Mill River Resort,  please call using the information they require below to book your room,  they were almost sold out and will release any unclaimed rooms tomorrow at 8:00pm.

Thank you to all our volunteers it is really appreciated.  If you have a hospitality container please pick it up at the APM Kitchen, everything was taken from Crapaud to the APM, there are tons there, some even from last year.

Dear Parents,

Please encourage your child to attend practices. Turn out has been about 60 to 70% so far.
The value of practising was made clear during the parents meeting, as were the valid reasons to miss practice (work, study or sickness).

If a player cannot attend practice for one of these reasons then that player or parent must contact either the manager or myself at the absolute latest, 3 hours prior to the practice time.

Missing practice for no reason will result in a suspension from the following game. If unknown circumstances arise, contact the manager at your earliest possible convenience and a decision will be made.

We cannot allow the players that have been attending on a regular basis, get the message that blowing off practice is allowable.

I've signed the contract for the Ramada, Crystal Palace and the rooms are ready to be booked. The block is under North River Midget A. 

Please call 1-506-858-8584,  ASAP to put your name on one of the blocked rooms,  any rooms not spoken for will be released Monday December 2.

Our block has 6 pool view rooms with 2 Queen beds, 6 outside view rooms with 2 Queen beds and 4 Business Class rooms with 1 King bed and a pullout couch,  all room types are at a rate of $139.00 + tax and are
blocked for Friday and Saturday nights.
