2016-17 NRMHA Player Registration Information

Registration will be held at the APM Centre
- Saturday Sept 10th - 9am - Noon
- Thursday Sept. 15th - 6pm-8pm
- (Final Registration Date) - Saturday Sept 17th - 9am - Noon
Rates:
- Tykes / Initiation = $300 + $70 fundraising fee = $370 (Player must be 4 yrs by Dec. 31, 2016)
- 1 player Novice - Midget = $450 + $70 fundraising fee = $520
- 2 player Novice - Midget = $860 + $140 fundraising fee = $1000
- 3 players Novice - Midget = $1160 + $210 fundraising fee = $1370
- 4 players = $1330 + $280 fundraising fee = $1610
Fees can be paid in 4 equal installments due on:
- September 10th, 15th, or 17th (Must pay at least 25% of registration)
- October 21st
- November 10th
- November 24th (Full registration must be paid by this date)

Registration will be completed using The Hockey Canada Registry Online System again this Season. Link and Instructions is listed below-
Details must be submitted and Fundraising Tickets picked up on one of the following Registration dates at the APM Centre Classroom:
- Saturday Sept 10th - 9am - Noon
- Thursday Sept. 15th- 6pm-8pm
- Saturday Sept 17th - 9am - Noon
Registration payment options - Cash, Cheque(s), or Debit (APM Canteen). We do not accept e-transfers or credit cards.
At this time we cannot accept online payments. We apologize for this but the system is only set up to take credit cards which would require added fees. REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENTS ARE SUBMITTED. 25% OF REGISTRATION IS DUE ON SEPTEMBER 10TH/SEPTEMBER 17TH- WITH 3 INSTALLMENTS DATED AS OUTLINED ABOVE.
**LATE FEES OF $25 / FAMILY WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RETURNING PLAYER REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS/INSTALLMENTS NOT RECEIVED BY SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 17th.
If you have applied for KidSport funding or have Fundscrip Credits to use these will be adjusted at time of payment.
Any member that will be utilizing the KidSport Program or Jumpstart Program- will be required to present their acceptance letter at the time of registration.
