Subject: Feb 17 Updates - Sport and Recreation Sector

Arena managers and sport and recreation groups,

Since the first bulletin was circulated on Tuesday this week, there have been a number of questions coming in looking for a bit more information on the protocols set to come in next Thursday February 17.

In the attached document you will find:

1. Page 1 & 2 - regulations for players and spectators and some frequently asked questions around do coaches count as part of the 50, parents assisting children with gear, spectators staying beyond one ice time and player separation between ice times.
2. Page 3 & 4 - Details on infectious period, what sport/rec groups can do to minimize transmission and what to do if someone tests positive.
3. Page 5 & 6 - Provides five examples of activities that identify who would be considered a close contact and why.

Again, if there are any questions, please let us know and we will work to get answers.
