Those listed below will be playing in the Exhibition Game on Sunday, Oct 3rd at 7pm the APM Centre vs Central Attack.  The players who aren’t listed may attend as spectators and will not be able to enter the dressing room area, they will enter with the spectators.  

Spectators are allowed for the Exhibition Games and admission will be $5 per adult and $2 per student.  Each team will be allowed 50 spectators.

U18 Players for the Next Round of Tryouts

Thank you to everyone for coming out to the Matrix Tryouts.  There were a lot of wonderful, qualified players, and unfortunately cuts had to be made. Each player's hard work and dedication was noticed during these tryouts.  Good luck to everyone for this upcoming season!! 

The following is the listing of players that have been asked to attend the second round of tryouts which begin Friday, Oct 1st at 7:30pm at APM.  There will be a roster posted later this week with those players that the coaches want to play the exhibition game on Friday evening. 

Reminder that there is a $40 tryout fees for those moving onto the next round of tryouts.   This can be submitted by etransfer to Matrixfees@gmail.com with hockey as the password and players name in the comment section.  

Players moving onto 2nd round of tryouts: 

The following is the listing of the 2 groups for the upcoming U18 Matrix Tryouts.  Please note the following:

• It is mandatory for all players to wear masks when entering, exiting and in common areas. 
• Jerseys will be provided for players at the first tryout, Goalies please bring jerseys. Players will keep these jerseys for the first three ice times. 
• There will be no spectators for the U18 Tryouts. 
• Players can enter 30 minutes before ice time and and are to dressed ready to go 10 minutes before ice time.  
• Group A will be on for the 1st hour of the ice time and Group B will be on for the 2nd hour of the ice time. This will remain for the first three ice times. 
• Schedule of ice times can be found on the ARCHIVES PAGE up above. 
• Any questions or concerns please reach out to a Matrix Board Represenative.

• Sat, Sep 18th at 7:30 - 9:40pm - 2 groups with 1 hour ice time each at APM
• Mon, Sep 20th at 8:00 - 9:30pm - U15 and U18 goalie evaluations at APM (Goalies only) 
• Fri, Sep 24th at 8:00- 9:30pm - scrimmage at APM
• Sun, Sep 26th at 7:00 - 8:30pm - scrimmage at APM
• First cuts will happen after these three ice times.

Second set of Tryouts for those asked to attend will be: 

• Fri, Oct 1st at 7:30 - 9:30pm - exhibition game at APM
• Sun, Oct 3rd at 7:00 - 9:00pm - exhibition game at APM
• Mon, Oct 4th at 7:50 - 9:50pm - exhibition game at APM
• Final cuts will be made after exhibition game, coach will have discussions with players.
