Great Game Girls...!!  What a way to end the season...!!  It took five minutes of an overtime period for Pownal to get a "squeaker" that gave them a 2-1 win over the North River team.   Goalie Julia stopped 82 of 87 shots in five games between Tuesday and Sunday.  Wow!!!

Loss to Alberton at noon:  1-0... no shame there.  Lots of intense and rough play.  A number of the girls were on the receiving end of some serious slashing... A few of those goalpost hits should have gone in and the end result would have been much different.

Win over North Rustico tonight:  4-1.... Sweet...!!  Maggie and Taylor were on fire..!!

Semi-Finals tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. against Pownal.. in Pownal..!!

Game #3 for the Sweetheart Tournament was a win (2-1) for Bantam A Girls against Riverview.  What a game!!!
