Registration will be held at the APM Centre

• Saturday - September 8th 9:00AM - Noon
• Thursday - September 13th 6:00PM - 8:00PM
• Saturday - September 15th 9:00AM - Noon Final Registration Date

Rates:

• Tykes / Initiation (Must be 4 by Dec. 31, 2018) = $320 + $80 fundraising fee = $400
• 1 player Novice - Midget = $470 + $80 fundraising fee = $550
• 2 player Novice - Midget = $900 + $160 fundraising fee = $1060
• 3 players Novice - Midget = $1220 + $240 fundraising fee = $1460
• 4 players Novice to Midget = $1410 + $320 fundraising fee = $1730

Fees can be paid in 4 equal installments due on:
(Please round cheques to nearest dollar- no cents & we do ask that any post-dated cheques are as dated below).

• September 8th-15th (Must pay at least 25% of Registration)
• October 19th
• November 9th
• November 23rd (Full registration must be paid by this date)

Details must be submitted and Fundraising Tickets picked up on one of the following Registration dates at the APM Centre Classroom:

• Saturday Sept 8th - 9am - Noon
• Thursday Sept. 13th- 6pm-8pm
• Saturday Sept 15th - 9am - Noon

Registration payment options - Cash, Cheque(s), or Debit (APM Canteen). We do not accept e-transfers or credit cards.
(At this time we cannot accept online payments. We apologize for this but the system is only set up to take credit cards which would require added fees. )

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENTS ARE SUBMITTED. 25% OF REGISTRATION IS DUE ON SEPTEMBER 8TH-SEPTEMBER 15TH.

**LATE FEES OF $50 / FAMILY WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RETURNING PLAYER REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS/INSTALLMENTS NOT RECEIVED BY SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 15th.
