Step 1 - Online Registration

Preferred to be completed before Registration Dates but can also be completed at the Registration session at the APM Centre

We do not accept online payments at this time. We apologize for this but the Hockey Canada online registration system can only be set up to accept credit cards and that would require added fees.

Online registration must be submitted and Fundraising Tickets picked up at one of the Registration dates at the APM Centre Classroom

Step 2 - Registration Will Be Held At The APM Centre

• Saturday Sept 9th - 9:00 AM - 12:00 noon
• Thursday Sept 14th - 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• (Final Registration Date) - Saturday Sept 16th - 9:00 AM - 12:00 noon

Rates

• Tykes / Initiation = $310 + $70 fundraising fee = $380
  (Player must be 4 yrs by Dec. 31, 2017)
• 1 player Novice - Midget = $460 + $70 fundraising fee = $530
• 2 player Novice - Midget = $880 + $140 fundraising fee = $1020
• 3 players Novice - Midget = $1190 + $210 fundraising fee = $1400
• 4 players = $1370 + $280 fundraising fee = $1650

If you have applied for KidSport funding or have Fundscript Credits to use - these will be adjusted at time of payment.

Registration Fee Deadlines

Fees can be paid in 4 equal installments due on: (Please round cheques to nearest dollar - no cents... please).

• September 9th - 16th (Must pay at least 25% of Total Registration- all household players)
• October 20th
• November 10th
• November 24th (Full registration must be paid by this date)

Registration is not complete until Payments are submitted. 25% of Total Household Registration is due by September 16th with 3 installments dated as outlined above.

Late fees of $25 per family will be charged on all returning player registrations if payments/installments are not received by Saturday September 16th.
