Hello Hockey PEI Members,

As Connor alluded to on Monday ahead of the PEI Vax pass launch, our Return to Hockey Plan would be updated to reflect changes in COVID-19 protocols as they relate to hockey when we knew more information. We are pleased to attach within the most up to date RTH Plan (Version 21-03) which reflects some of the key answers to questions we were waiting on.

Since the launch of the program on Oct 5, our partners at Sport PEI, Recreation PEI, the CPHO and the Sport, Recreation and Physical Activity Division have been fielding questions related to the PEI Vax Pass program. As a result of that, we have attached messaging directly from the Sport, Recreation and Physical Activity Division "Sport and Recreation Sector Bulletin #2" in regard to the PEI VaxPass which provides additional information on the program and its rollout.

**If there are areas where your facilities or associations require additional supports (ie. A worker at the front door for certain activities) then the Employment Development Agency may be able to assist. Please note their program information below and key contacts.

We ask our members to review both documents attached within and to share this guidance with your respective groups. You may also share our latest communication that has gone out on this through the various Hockey PEI social media channels.

Thanks for you continued work and cooperation as we navigate through these forever changing times and enjoy your long weekend.

Cheers,
Tanner
