The U21 Recreational League is non-checking and is for players between the ages of 18 and 21 who do not currently play junior hockey. The league is run by Charlottetown Minor Hockey but registration is open to players who have played with another association and also to students from off Island attending school. The player's birthdate must be between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2003.

The U21 Rec League will play games beginning in mid-October, ending mid-March. Game times are 10:15 P.M. at the Bell Aliant Centre (CARI) on Mondays and Wednesdays. The registration cost is $250.00, which includes full Hockey Canada Insurance Coverage allowing players to wear a half visor while participating.

Note: Late registrations may be accepted with an additional fee of $25.00.

All players must be registered using our online registration system with full payment made before the first session.
