APM CentreCommunities 13 IncHomeMemberships & User FeesAerobicsBirthday PartiesProgramsSkatesOur UsersSchedulesEventsSpirit Of CommunityBirthday Party Package Book your birthday with us $6700 including taxes This includes 55 minutes of gym time (includes equipment rental) and one hour of classroom rental following your gym time An extra 15 minutes on the front and back of your classroom time is available for set up and clean up You can bring in pizza and birthday cake You can also order from the canteen a hot dog fries and a pop at $125 per item per person plus taxes (Only available Sept to March) All parties must be booked at least two days in advance Any parties cancelled with less than 1 weeks notice will be billed at the above rateExtra Gym time is available at 3800 per hour available in 15 minute intervals Extra Classroom time available at a fee of 2000 per hour Equipment available for Birthday Party use12 scooters12 Potato Sacks8 Dodge BallsSmall Parachute and 5 Balls12 Jump ropesSoccer ballsBall Hockey sticks and BallsBasketballsBadminton Racquets & Birdies12 No Kink Hula HoopsPuzzle MatsFlying DiscBirthday Party Booking Information 1 We suggest that parent arrive at the facility at least 15 min prior to the start of the party They should check in at the canteen (Note the canteen can some times be very busy so ensure you allow enough time) and make payment at that time We only accept cash or check 2 Parents are to ensure that all Birthday Party participants remain in the birthday party room or gym with parental supervision at all times The walking track and weight room are for members only please ensure the participants are not in these areas 3 Canteen staff will give you the key to the birthday party equipment In the gym you must use the correct type of stick plastic blade insert See staff if you have any questions Please also ensure balls are not hit up on to the walking track area All Equipment should be put back at the end of the party 4 Parents are to ensure the meeting room is straightened up at the end of the party All garbage should be put in the garbage cans or beside the cans We ask that you do not drag chairstables across the floor5 The Meeting rooms are not designed for ball hockey etc No horseplay in the classroom space 6 There are bathrooms upstairs so there is no need to be going up and down the stair to the bathroom7 If you are decorating the room please use masking tape or mack tactBooking information Contact Donna Butler at 6288513 ext 221 or email donnabutler@apmcentrecom...
