Even with a busy schedule it can be the little things that make the biggest differenceIf we get too caught up in events beyond our control or worry about those things we can lose our perspective Taking a deep breath can be very helpful to stay centered In my experience being positive bringing energy to others and believing in your dreams and goals helps me be my bestI was reminded of another good line while watching a movie on a ra...
